This is the backdrop we will use during the Minimarket/Coca-Cola light event this Friday/Saturday. There will be a camera that allows you to take a pic by yourself, of yourself in front if this icy lake. Everyone who takes a picture of themselves wearing something from Awesome Rag's Minimarket selection gets 20% discount on any Minimarket products that day. AND all the pics will be uploaded on this newsfeed. The person in the pic with most like's wins a coat and a pair of shoes from our webshop (picture to come) and of course - the full years consumtion of Coke light.

Together with Coca-Cola Light, we will celebrate the opening of the huge new Awesome Rags store (Hamngatan 31) this Friday and Saturday (2nd-3rd of December). The store will be filled with new products as well as special offers of Minimarket goodies. Furthermore, you will be able to win an outfit as well as a years consumtion of Coca-Cola Light. I love that prize! It's like a prize that would be awarded in a Donald Duck cartoon…
This week, we will spread Coca-Cola Light bottles around in the City area of Stockholm. The Coke light bottles will hold special offers and vouchers for gifts from Minimarket. So keep your eye out for the bottles (clues to their locations will appear here at our newsfeed), you might be one of those who can cash in a voucher for a Minimarket gift.
We always have three seasons going on at the same time. At the moment, we are waiting for the PR and sales samples of autumn/winter 2012, we are designing spring/summer 2013 and we are working on the final logistics of the spring/summer 2012 production.
Here is a pic from our Portugese shoe factory, during the process of making Sneaker Plateau in our printed Lotus Garden fabric. The print is painted by hand by Olaf Hajek (click and see his work, pure joy).

Actually, it's quite nice like this too, maybe we should do a follow up with a regular thin sole and a low heel?

Hi there. I’m Sofie, and I will start blogging here. I am one of the founders of Minimarket, and I work with marketing as well as product design. I will let you join us in our everyday life, giving you an insight in heavy problem solving and our strive to constantly improve our contribution to fashion.
